About Us

We started in 2009 through a feminist festival and continued through media production, educational programs, and women’s networking to review and promote feminist politics, culture, and art.

We motivate and activate new generations of feminists and encourage exchange and association at the local, regional, and international level.

We do not speak on behalf of other women but create free spaces for different women’s voices and policies!

We stand for a solidary, non-violent, equal society, in which every woman has the right to education, association and public life!

feministička medijska deklaracija
Through the three pillars of our activity, we are dedicated to encouraging feminist association, media visibility of women and feminist education.

Our partnership program is dedicated to developing women’s initiatives and connecting organizations and individuals.

Our media program is aimed at increasing the visibility of women in the media through influencing media policy makers in order to change the existing media practices of portraying women, as well as through our independent production.

Without education there is no emancipation of women, that is why we have been organizing courses at the Centre for Women’s Studies and at the Faculty of Media and Communications for years, where we study feminist theory and practice and transfer feminist knowledge to new generations.
