Summer feminist meetings of young rural women are held every summer in the North Bačka District. Through lectures and workshops, young women gain or enrich their knowledge on women’s rights, history of feminism, gender based violence, female body, new media strategies of resistance, beginnings of feminism and other subjects. It gives us insight again and again that continual education and mastering new skills, but also building alliances and friendships, actually can change the reality, can make it better and different, open to differences. Personal stories and changes all the women we had a chance to meet at these meetings have been introducing into their communities are our inspiration for media production.
